Jessica R. Lundy (born March 20, 1966) is an American actress. Although she has appeared in several movies, she is noted more for her television roles, especially as Joel Fleishman's fiancee/ex-fiancee Elaine Shulman on the series Northern Exposure. Lundy also appeared in two episodes of Seinfeld, including the popular episode titled The Bubble Boy, playing Jerry's girlfriend who has a laugh that sounds like "Elmer Fudd sitting on a juicer".
Lundy was born in San Diego, California, the daughter of Jean (née MacDonal) and Joel Lundy, a surgical oncologist.[1] She grew up in Avon, Connecticut.[2]
